【文章摘要】： To spin high quality aramid 1414 pure yarn on cotton spinning equipments successfully, fiber pretreatment method during processing and relative humidity control in production were discussed based on the fiber property of easy static. Siro-spun technology was adopted and processing parameters were optimized, and the 18.5 tex aramid 1414 siro-spun yarn was produced successfully. Relationship between its breaking strength and twist factor was also analyzed. The results show that there exist two critical twist factors for aramid 1414 siro-spun yarn and the critical twist factor is smaller than that of the same linear density traditional ring-spun yarn.
